About the Project
Flyer Consulting is a University of Dayton student-run organization that works with businesses to provide real-world marketing, business, and technological solutions. As a part of Flyer Consulting and being a graphic designer, it was my task to create their annual report, including all the highlights from the year as well as getting to know the organization better.
Design Strategy
As I was Flyer Consulting’s first graphic design major, they had a minimal brand guide, which I used to choose the fonts and colors. The brand design I came up with took pieces from different design pieces of the organization, such as their branded Powerpoint, deliverable document, and icons and logo. I combined these existing elements to create an annual report that brought them together.
Photography
Besides being the designer of the annual report, I was also the photographer. I collaborated with Flyer Consulting’s marketing team to schedule a media day shoot of team members in different locations. We wanted the photographs to look professional, but also give off a friendly, college feel from the different locations on campus.
